RED (Renew, Energize and Donate) Day
The theme for Keller Williams in the Greater Sacramento Region is “Give Back & Play” with a focus on serving at-risk or underprivileged youth ages 6-16.
We are still looking for volunteers to help our efforts.
If you are willing to help, have a specialized skill, or even money to donate we will happily accept
your help in any form.
Help Needed:
* Painter
* Plumber
* Carpentry
* Muscle Power (lifting, organizing, etc.)
* Landscaping
* Glass installer for a large mirror

March Real Estate Sales Up in Sacramento Area
A new report on April 18th, 2010 showed that homebuyers are back in the great Sacramento, Ca region. 3,431 new and existing area house were bought in March 2010. An increase of nearly 1,000 homes over February 2010. March was also the first month since June 2009 where sales exceeded that of a year earlier, according to MDA DataQuick in LaJolla, CA. Data now suggests that sellers are finally willing to list their homes and strike a deal.
